Trim the panel to size with scissors and press it firmly into place on a clean, dry surface. It is designed to lift away cleanly when the time comes, though we recommend testing a small, hidden area first, particularly on delicate fabrics, paint or veneers. A muted tone lets the panel sit quietly against your furniture rather than against the room, and it is available in four colours and three sizes to suit sofas, chairs and doorframes.
Please supervise your cat when the guard is first installed and make sure the edges stay firmly pressed down so they cannot be picked at or swallowed. Keep the adhesive backing and any trimmed offcuts away from pets and children, and stop use if your pet chews or pulls at the panel. The guard is intended to redirect scratching and should be used alongside a suitable scratching post.
